1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we collect and why

We collect personal data of people contacting us on behalf of a company (e.g., name, e-mail address, phone number), for the following purposes:

  • Responding to inquiries submitted via the form – so we can reply to a question about a product's availability or price. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data for the duration of the contact and up to 12 months afterwards.
  • Concluding and performing an agreement – if business cooperation takes place. Legal basis: performance of an agreement and our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the data for the duration of the agreement and for the period required by tax regulations (generally 5 years) and the statute of limitations for claims.
  • Accounting and tax obligations – where required by law. Legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). We keep the data in accordance with tax regulations.
  • Marketing – only if you give separate consent. Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep the data until consent is withdrawn.
  • Website usage statistics – to understand how the site is used and to improve it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the data for up to 26 months.

3. Is providing your data mandatory

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without it we cannot respond to your inquiry. Consent to marketing is always voluntary and you are free not to give it.

4. Who receives your data

Your data may be shared with: the hosting provider running our website, providers of e-mail and IT tools, our accounting firm and law firm, courier companies (when fulfilling orders), and public authorities where required by law. We do not sell data to other companies for marketing purposes.

5. Does your data leave Europe

As a rule, we process data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If we use a tool that transfers data outside the EEA, we do so only based on safeguards required by the GDPR (e.g., standard contractual clauses).

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, have it corrected, have it deleted, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. If we process your data based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

7. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of your data (including profiling) that would produce legal effects concerning you.
